With a trade background in mechanical and heavy fabrication engineering, complemented by qualifications as an IRATA rope access technician and special class welder, I bring a wealth of experience spanning both field and management domains. I've actively contributed to major projects on a national and international scale, both onshore and offshore.
Guided by a strong "why" centred around continual progress and improvement, we lead teams in the fields of mining, defence, and oil and gas towards achieving operational safety and sustainable success.

Luke Keys

I am an inspired, motivated family man passionate to Business Development Management and continual growth associated with niche Rope Access requirements, mentoring and team leadership. constructive communication and client interaction being my key attributes on the pathway to a focused future.
Experience in frontline operations management with a strong database of trades personnel, resourcing teams for large scale mechanical shutdowns.
Diverse, efficient and operational in specialised Rope Access projects, specialist access and rescue, sport and recreation high ropes inspections, zipline commissioning and testing, high rise sign installation, professional window cleaning and building maintenance.
I am meticulous with technical report writing, design and documentation.
I have been a Rope Access Manager and Level 3 IRATA Technician with NDT background since 1998 in the mining and O&G sectors with extensive industry inspection experience.
My biggest attribute is my people focus, I pride myself in getting to know my peers.
